During the Holiday Season our shipping time is 10 -12 days.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES cannot be tracked. We do receive a customs form number that we can send to you if requested. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international customers. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Items in new condition can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for made to order items and 7 days for ready to ship items. If you would like to exchange an item, in most cases you will have to pay the shipping cost unless there was an error on our part. Please contact us if you would like to return/exchange an item.
